CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. For group party cancellations, we require 72 hours notice. A 50% deposit is required for all group reservations at time of booking. For any services not cancelled within the time period required, you will be charged 50% of the cost for services.

Looking to celebrate upcoming nuptials, or a birthday, even just have a girls-day-in? Give us a call to arrange a private spa party for your group. We have private room for your guests to sit comfortably, enjoy a movie as well as small-bites catering. Let us coordinate with you the appropriate spa appointments for each individual and enjoy the time together.

Additional charges apply for catering and costs outside of spa services provided.
